Behind HYDRATERM lies field experience that began in 2013. Over this time, we have worked on projects of very different scales – from roof drainage systems for city hospitals, stadiums and airport buildings to hotel boiler rooms and heat pump conversions in Germany.

Today we carry out new installations in heating and heat pumps, air conditioning, gas, fire protection, plumbing and cold rooms, and provide modernisation, fault diagnosis, service and periodic maintenance for existing systems.

We treat every job the same, whatever its size: it is calculated, installed properly, tested – and only then handed over.

Certificates and Qualifications

Working on gas, refrigerant and pressurised systems requires formal qualifications. The qualifications of our technical manager:

F-GAS · CATEGORY I
Refrigerant Qualification
Installation, service, maintenance, leak checks and refrigerant recovery for air conditioning, heat pump and refrigeration systems. Category I is the most comprehensive qualification, with no limit on system size.
SEP · G2
Thermal Energy Installations
Heating installations, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and boilers of 50–500 kW. Operation (Eksploatacja) and supervision (Dozór) qualifications; valid until 2031.
SEP · G3
Gas Installations
Gas installations and gas-fired appliances up to and above 5 kPa. Operation (Eksploatacja) and supervision (Dozór) qualifications; valid until 2031.

Installation and modernisation process

From assessment to handover

This is the basic process for installation and modernisation projects. Breakdown service and minor repairs proceed directly through a request and a service visit.

Preliminary assessment
You send your building details using our calculation tools or the request form; approximate capacity and system options are identified.
Technical assessment
We review the information, photos and any existing design. A site survey is arranged if necessary.
Written quotation
Equipment selection, scope of work and price are set out item by item in writing.
Installation
Installation, connections and system tests are carried out according to the agreed schedule.
Commissioning and handover
Equipment settings are made, operation is explained and the documents specified in the quotation are handed over. The maintenance plan is entered in the customer dashboard.
