Roof & Rainwater Drainage Systems
Infrastructure That Safely Collects and Discharges Rainwater.
Professional drainage solutions for the controlled collection of rainwater from roofs, terraces, balconies, car parks and outdoor areas, and its safe discharge away from the building.
Request a Quote for Your Project →Rainwater drainage protects the roof and the building’s infrastructure against water loads.
An unsuitable rainwater system can cause serious problems such as ponding on the roof, damage to waterproofing, staining on the façade, basement flooding and inadequate drainage.
Rainwater drainage systems consist of roof outlets, downpipes, horizontal collector pipes, siphonic system components, manholes and external discharge pipes.
The system should be selected according to the roof area, rainfall intensity, building height, architectural constraints, pipe routing, collection points and discharge capacity.
This page presents two main solutions: siphonic drainage and conventional drainage. Click a card to open the relevant detail page.

Siphonic Drainage
A high-capacity drainage system that discharges rainwater from large roofs at high velocity using a vacuum effect, allowing fewer downpipes and smaller horizontal pipe runs.
Conventional Drainage
A traditional drainage system that carries rainwater from roof outlets to downpipes by natural fall and gravity. It is widely used on residential buildings, small commercial buildings, terraces, balconies and medium-sized roofs.
What should you consider when choosing a rainwater drainage system?
1. The roof area and rainfall intensity must be calculated.
The amount of rainwater to be collected must be determined according to the roof area and regional rainfall data.
2. The number of outlets must be chosen correctly.
Too few outlets can cause ponding on the roof, damage to waterproofing and a risk of overflow.
3. Pipe routes must be planned around the architecture.
Downpipes, horizontal pipes, manhole connections and external discharge points must be resolved at the start of the project.
4. Access for maintenance and cleaning must be provided.
Roof outlets, leaf guards, manholes and access covers must be accessible for regular maintenance.
Let’s plan the right rainwater drainage system for your building.
We will prepare a safe drainage solution based on the roof area, rainfall intensity, pipe routing, number of outlets and discharge capacity.
