WHY HYDRATERM

Documented, measurable and transparent service.

  • Measurement-based service: the values measured, work performed and recommendations from every visit are recorded in the report.
  • Regulatory compliance: work on refrigerant, heating and gas systems is carried out in accordance with EU F-gas rules and Polish SEP requirements.
  • One-off or annual: a single visit or a periodic maintenance contract, as required.
  • Information first, then work: the call-out fee is confirmed before the visit, and the cost of the work is agreed before you approve it.
  • Service visit fee: A service visit and fault diagnosis cost PLN 350 (gross). For addresses more than 10 km one way from central Kraków, a travel charge of PLN 5 (gross) per kilometre is added. This fee covers only the visit and fault diagnosis; repair labour and materials are charged separately and submitted for your approval before any work is carried out.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How often should air conditioning be serviced?

At least once a year for domestic use; more frequent maintenance is recommended for intensive commercial use.

Do you service systems installed by other companies?

Yes. We assess the system on site and carry out maintenance or repairs.

Is an F-gas leak check mandatory?

For systems containing more than a certain quantity of refrigerant, EU legislation requires periodic leak checks and record keeping. We check whether your system falls within this scope.

How quickly can you attend in the event of a breakdown?

Once we receive your request, we respond as soon as possible and offer the earliest available appointment. In urgent cases, phone or WhatsApp is the fastest route.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?

Yes. We prepare periodic maintenance plans for businesses and building managers based on the number of units.
